These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with us. By placing an order, you accept them.

Our Returns & Refunds, Shipping and Privacy policies form part of these terms.

This site is operated by One Pack AU, a trading name of Aus Energy Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 72 143 990 176), Melbourne, Victoria.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you receive the order confirmation email, and not when payment is taken.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch. If we do, we refund you in full. Reasons include stock being unavailable, a pricing or listing error, a suspected fraudulent or unauthorised payment, an undeliverable address, or orders we reasonably believe are placed for resale at a scale that prevents other customers from buying.

We may limit the quantity of any product per customer or per order.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order already placed.

We try to keep the site accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received a confirmation email. We'll contact you first and give you the option to reorder at the correct price.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal before shipping.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, including on pre-orders. We accept the methods shown at checkout. Buy-now-pay-later services are provided by third parties under their own terms.

We don't store your card details.

Stock

Stock levels shown on the site are indicative. Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it. If that happens we'll contact you and refund that item in full.

Pre-orders

Pre-order release dates are set by the publisher and can change. Full terms, including cancellation rights, balance collection and what happens if a release is delayed, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Products

All products are sealed. We don't open, search or repack anything.

Sealed trading card products contain randomised contents. We make no representation about which cards are inside any sealed product, and we don't guarantee pull rates, specific cards, or any particular value of contents.

Trading cards are collectibles, not investments. Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice, and we make no representation that any product will hold or increase in value.

Product images are indicative. Where artwork or packaging varies between copies, we ship whichever version is in stock unless stated otherwise.

Age

You must be 18 or over to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it's been compromised.

We may suspend or close an account that's used in breach of these terms.

Trademarks

Pokémon, the Pokémon Trading Card Game and related names and logos are trademarks of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK Inc. One Piece Card Game and related marks are trademarks of Bandai. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We are an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for any of these companies. We use their product names only to describe the genuine sealed products we sell.

Our content

The text, photography and layout on this site are ours. Please don't copy or republish them without permission. Product packaging images remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing it, resupplying it, or refunding what you paid. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of expected value of cards.
