Something arrived damaged — photograph it before opening and email us within 48 hours of delivery
Order hasn't arrived — if tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, let us know and we'll chase Australia Post
Pre-order questions — release dates, balance payments, cancellations
Not sure what's in a product — ask before you order. We don't accept change-of-mind returns, so we'd rather you buy the right thing
